MCSI Sales Information System-Ratios accumulated when modifying sales order

Former Member

We have a strange behavior of SIS. I explain step by step:

- I create a sales order for one particular material, quantity = 1.

- After saving the sales order, I check the SIS structure in transaction MCTC and see that the ratio for quantity shows correctly the value 1.

- But when I set any delivery block in the sales order, after saving, I check again the MCTC and now the value has increased to 2 (twice the correct value!

Could anybody please help me?

Roberto: thank you for your quick answer. This morning we have localized the problem. It's due to a bad ABAP coding in user exit MV45AFZZ, something related to bad handling of field xvbap-updkz. We are soliving it now with one programmer. Anyway, it all is strange, because the sales orders are saved correctly, and only SIS structures get afected!

Thank you, Roberto.

Roberto: unfortunately, your note doesn't clarify anything about the use of updkz.

Now we have to face the tedious work of refreshing ALL SIS structures involved with transaction OLI7, and we are afraid it will take too long. Any suggestions about it?

I will reward 🐵
