Need help with Solman 7.1 - Tables for ChaRM Web UI Fields

Comp Details: Solution Manager 7.1, SP12.

Hi All,

We are in the process of integrating ChaRM with another tool. During the process, we have a requirement to list down all the fields for each ChaRM type (SMCR, SMHF, SMMJ, SDMJ). Could you please advise if we can fetch the list of field names from a backed table?. Solman 7.1 SP 12.

Hello Prasath,

You can go to transaction SE38 and execute program CRM_ORDER_READ. Fill in the transaction number and you will find all entries filled in the transaction with technical field information.
