URL link in Web Dynpro ABAP

Hello all, how can i create link to the file from repository( or maybe you know another way) and add it into layout with  LINKTOURL ?
I need to creat link where always be one csv document(excel file)  and user can download it when click.

I read that was one way to create URL: right click on component -> create MIME-> import  .But when i did this i have only my own local C:\  destination, not Http:// or other construction.

Hi,

When you actually import MIME objects it will ask for request no. which in turn you can transport it to your QA/PRD system.

Every one can access the objects which are stored in MIME repository.

Below are the snapshots for reference.

I have imported one test excel file into MIME repository under SAP/PUBLIC/BC/UR/test.xls

And i can access the same using the URL
