Weblink for documents stored in Solution Manager

Hi All,

I would like to know whether we can have a weblink created for the documents stored in SolMan so that users can access the information without having to login into the SolMan system.

Currently we have some excel sheets stored in SolMan which gets updated daily by the users. We are required to download these files daily and send them to client for their review. If we have a way to access the same information via the web, it will avoid sending daily email.

Hi Swapnil,

just access the document attribute screen e.g. in SOLAR02 and click button Create Document URL (F9). This will copy the URL into the clipboard.

Hello Andreas,

If there are 100 documents in the repository and users want to refer/access these documents over URL then how do we create URL for all the 100s of documents?

Will this be a manual effort or is there any alternative way?
