Action Log not updating

Hi Team,

Action log or change document is not updating when ever changes to master warranty field is updated.

in spro change doc flag is set  for equipment category.

kindly suggest what could be the issue.

May be no one has raised for EHP7 version, but its better to raise a OSS note
