Vendor Transaction figures(FI_TF_CRE) archiving is not working

Hi Gurus,

When i try to archive vendor transaction figures using archive object FI_TF_CRE , I am getting error as attached. Please help me to resolve.

Our SAP version is ECC6.0  EHP7 .

You have Simple Finance in your system, There is currently no archiving for simple finance, all archiving objects that cared about data which got migrated to simple finance have been inactivated, hence the archiving report itself is missing.

Hi Jurgen,

Thanks for your response but we have not implemented simple finance and want to archive vendor master for which this step is pre-requisite. Is there any reason for this?

How can i check simple finance is not active?

As I am not yet at EHP607  I can't actually tell you.

Personally I would start in SE38 with the archiving program FI_TF_CRE_WRI

The usual log messages are there as text symbols.

I don't have this message that appears in your log in my program.

If you find this message in the text symbols then browse through the coding to find the place where this  text is written and under what circumstances, e.g. what select statement was execute, which tables got checked.

If nothing found then I would try with debugging to find the place
