Boe/Bi url from clinet desktop

Hi all

I install business object server 2013/ window server 2012  and tomcat7

I'm able open launchpad and CMC from server but I'm not able to open from my desktop

I change localhost to my server name and add trust site to IE browser still get message .

err-time-out

HI,

check the tomcat port is opened or not from  bo server to your machine.if you have installed tomcat on port 8080 then use telnet command from your machine and see port is opened or not.

if login page is truning up and getting issue  at the time of login then check the cms,input/output servers ports are opened or not from bo server to your machine.
