Is it possible to add Header Text in MDG-S UI?

We are maintaining some reference numbers to other system in the Vendor Master header text.

Is it possible to add same header text fields in MDG-S supplier UI because these not available out of the box.

Has anybody done this before? Was there any hiccups?
