GRFNMW_BATCH_STALE_REQUEST not deleting old requests

Hi All,

I’m trying to delete Access Request for workflow SAP_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST that are older than 14 days but after executing the job it deleted some request and some others are still running.  I try to find some pattern to understand why some requests were deleted while others are still running but nothing. I also when in to the system and executed the program manually de-selecting the Cancel option just to see the request that were “Stale” according to the system but I don’t see the requests there either.  I also check all the other Process IDs but nothing.  Anyone else having the same issue? Is the program GRFNMW_BATCH_STALE_REQUEST not 100% reliable?  Thanks for any info.

Dear Jonathan,

I came accross this thread and had similar problems with one of my customers. We have then implemented all releated notes to stale request and the issues got fixed. I therefore recommend to implement the following SAP notes:
