Hi Naeema,
Can you please explain the exact effect on the Admin rights that this error has?
Is the error message caused through the updates that you have send to the devices? What updates have you send? Can you please explain?
What Android devices are you using? What Android OS version do this devices have? What is the latest Afaria 7 SP5 hotfix version that you have installed on the Afaria server?
What happens when you re-enroll the Afaria client on an Android device instead of hard resetting it?
Have you tried the latest available Afaria Android client 6.60.7220 on GooglePlay on a device that shows the issue?`Does the problem still exist on such a device when you update the Afaria client via GooglePlay?`
Best regards

Hi there
We are having this issue too, but only on very few of our Android Devices (1 out of 100 Devices - Samsung SM-T365 with Android 4.4.4).
We are using Afaria SP5 with Hotfix 13 and the Afaria App on the Client is the latest Version.
The Effect on the Device is, that it can still be locked, but does not receive Policy Updates.
Does that Information help you to go on in helping us find a Solution. We would like to avoid resetting the affected devices...
Cheers,
Tobias
