Infoobjects Text not appearing in Lumira

Hi I have an infoobject where i have short and medium text. However, the data source only populates the medium text.Short Text column remains empty. So In BEx in order to see the Text i need to change to "Medium " text in Display settings.

Now if i have Lumira story on top of it i only see the key for the infoobject but no text. Please help.

Here Short and medium text are maintained but only medium if populated by datasource.

Hi - please show how this is displayed in the BEx Query, not the InfoObject on the backend  - thank you
