Hi Gurus!

I have following issue in our company. The PM department have an daily worktime from 7 am to 4,30 pm. This time is from Monday to Thuesday, on Friday, they work from 7 am to 12,30 pm.

So how could i set my capacity times? The problem is we also do shift work, every week another guy from the department. So i cant set up an shift model for the Monday to Friday issue.

Anyone a hint for me?

Greetings Florian,

Let me understand, what is stopping you from using the "Intervals and Shifts" functionality? Do you use HR personnel number integration?

You could, under Work Centre > Capacity Header > Intervals and Shifts:

Define a Shift Definition and Shift Sequence for your Mon-Thu workdays, Fridays and weekends, then assign that to your capacity. You can also define the number of Capacities. So your Interval definition could look something like this:

If your work hours is 7 to 4:30 from Mon to Thur = 9h30min*4= 38 hrs.
and on Friday= 5hrs 30 min, on a regular factory calendar for a week you will  have 38+5,30= 43hrs 30 min.You can split the hours equally among the five days. 8hrs 42min a day like 7am to 3:42pm. Likely  you can set up the capacity of work center accordingly.
