Logger.info logs missing in NWA

Hello Experts,

We are currently using Sourcing 9.0.16.00.

We have an issue where in, we are unable to trace the logger.info messages(logs which we mention in script definition for debugging) in NWA.

Our NWA Log Configurations are:

Logging Categories : Category - E-Sourcing(all below nodes) -> Severity ----- Info

Tracing Locations : Location - E-Sourcing(all below nodes) -> Severity ----- Error

Are we missing any other settings which is restricting us from getting logger.info messages from custom scripts.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Have you tried setting the tracing level to info as well?  In the case of debug logging it must be set in the tracing locations not the logging locations.
