SAP-FIORI-APPS in SAP S/4HANA, on-premise edition – Fully Activated [trial edition]


we use the SAP S / 4hana, on-premise edition - Fully Activated [Trial Edition].

When log in using the Launchpad FIORI some tiles are displayed with the error "Cannot load tile". It seems all KPI tiles are concerned.

We want to use the "Sales Order Fulfillment Issues" APP. Unfortunately, at the position where we expect the APP the error "Can not load tile" appears.

Another problem is that after log-in in German the log-in in English is no longer possible. In this case, we stop and start the instance.

We use the User BPINST.

We are grateful for any information.

hi Thomas,

it could be the case that the password for the HANA DB user BPINST has expiered, that casued the connection error to HDB.

Following options:

1. Logon to HANA Stuido with user SYSTEM and your master password. Using the user SYSTEM to set the password for BPINST back to Weclome1. Attention, you must ensure the combination of BPINST/Welcome1. This is used to setup connections among the components.

2. We have updated the trial solution (July 21. 5pm CET) with the following enhancement:

2.1 Included a frontend server. Which can be connected by simply click "Connect" after you have created your own instance.

2.2 The expiration of password for user BPINST is disabled.

So you can create a new instance based on this updated version. In which you should not have the problem with smart business.
