Budget Actual Report S_ALR_87013557 updation problem

Hi to All,

We have done cost planning through detailed cost planning using cost elements and budgeting done.

We have given reference of WBS for creation of Sale Order and invoice done.

The actual revenue that is coming through Sale Order is  updated in S_ALR_87013557 report as negative value.

for example my budget for the WBS is 20,00,000 and revenue for the period is 5,00,000, budget available is 25,00,000.

The same report is getting updated in S_ALR_87013543 through cost element wise correctly.

And again in Report S_ALR_87013532 not updated.

I am not able to find out why this is happening whether this problem is from PS or SD and solution for the same.

Kindly help.

Hi Suresh,

The report is for Budget and Actual cost.. and for cost report negative values means Revenue..

So this is correct

Hi Sammar,

What you said is right for revenue is negative.But my doubt is as follows.

WBS Budget - 20,00,000, Actual Cost - 2,00,000, and revenue is 3,00,000.

The report shall show the budget available is 18,00,000 and actual is 2,00,000

but my report  shows as actual -1,00,000 and budget available is 21,00,000.

I am not able to find the problem for the same.

Hi Suresh,

Are there any cost which is posted to exempted cost elements?? Please check in CJI3 whats the actual cost posted in the project..

If possible please add the screenshots for the CJI3 and CJ30 for your project..
