SSO Umlaute

Hi!

I´ve a Problem with the Umlaut in Single Sign on.

If the Pay Statement will be printed, the Umlaute will be written with a  #

Do anyone know this Problem?

Hi Dunja,

I do not see the link between you printing your pay statements and the SSO functionality.

Could you please explain this in more detail?

Hi Patrick,

if the Member will print the Pay Statement with SSO-Portal, you can see this:


And when our Member print with the SAP-Logon, there´s no Problem.

Hi Dunja,

I still fail to understand what makes you believe this is SSO related. It is related to the system interaction, however as you stated, in one case you log in to a portal and in the other case directly to the SAP system. I would bet, there is something wrong with NLS settings in the two systems. However this is not related to SSO. I would suggest you ask this question in a from related to printing questions.
