How can I deactivate delete action only on Customer Change Requests

Hi,

I want to keep general data sections (address, tax number, bank, industries, etc) read only only in Update Change Request for MDG-C.

I have made few attributes ready only on change request type for Customer Update. Now I also need to disable/deactivate action/buttons like- Delete, New, Create, Edit. These are availabe with each section for example see the image attached below:

When I deactivate 'delete' action using 'setting for current configuration' as shown in screenhot below, it gets applied to Customer and Supplier changes requests both.

When I do the same for 'New' button, it gets applied only for Customer change requests.

How can I deactivate delete action only on Customer Change Requests ?

Hi Swati

FPM configuration applied to all change request type. Instead you can create adapation application for your custom change request types only
