OVS for a SAP BO that includes Customer Specific field

Dear Community,

we created a customer specific field for the customer BO with the key user Tools.

We want to show this customer specific field in the OVS for customers. The user needs to search for customers using this field.

The default SAP OVS does not include an anchor to add customerspecific fields.

I thought about creating my own OVS for customers that includes that field, but I was not able to add a customer specific field to a screen for a SAP BO. Does anyone know, if there is a way to do that?

In the data model are only the default fields available, but not the customer specific fields.

I am not sure if I can create an extensibility anchor, when I create an OVS for customers on my own? Is it possible to do that?

I would be happy if anyone has a some thoughts about that.

which "SAP ovs" are you using?

The standard account ovs /BYD_COD/SalesOnDemand/Account/UI/COD_Account_SOVS.OVS.uicomponent has the required anchors to be able to add extension fields ...

thanks, somehow I havn't found these anchors before.

I was able to solve this problem a lot easier than I expected! 🙂
