Hello.
I have to configure a SOLMAN for the usage of SNOTE so that SAP Notes can be implemented in satellite systems. Also I've been asked to configure opening of messages to SAP from within the Solution Manager, but without implementing a Service Desk , which is not requested. In other words, the users of satellite systems cannot create Service Desk requests: on the other hand some key users in the Solution Manager must be able to open messages for a specific satellite, from the Solution Manager.
Can anybody help me to identify the necessary steps for these 2 goals?

Hi Dino,
it's not required to configure a full Service Desk, but you need to perform some basic configuration steps.
Just get through the steps in IMG (tx SPRO -> SAP Solution Manager -> Basic Settings -> SAP Solution Manager System -> Service Desk, the path varies in be different Support Package Levels).
