Hello Experts,

Good day!

This is regarding one posted document.

My query is - how the document is created automatically?

As I can check in Document Header the document is created by BATCHADM.

Also every single document which is created by BATCHADM, the tax header data is not updated.

Attached are the two snapshots of the document.

Hi Meghna,

You can check that program in SM35. If there any such program then you can check what value system are passing to post MIRO.

Check the value XMWST & MWSKZ1 is paasing or not if not then you have to pass this value to update tax header data.

ARE YOU USING ANY THIRD PARTY vENDOR iNVOICE SOFTWARE LIKE oPEN TEXT OR READ SOFT .

OR POSTING THROUGH iDOC.

pLEASE CHECK that those are passing the values

Yes, a scanning solution -READSOFT is used.

It would be great if you could explain the mapping.

In these when you post the Documnet through these you need to check below

tax code in PO . I beleive on Invoice tab of PO 05 tax ocde is used.

System automatcially posted when in background they are able to match all field of PO ,GR and Invoice .

We do not use Radsoft not sure which system you use to to read OCR .
