Hi, Experts,

Currently we met a issue that client do not close the year 2014 with

(1)AJRW

(2)AJAB

(3)F.07

(4)FAGLGVTR

Our Client do not run AFAB, other transaction all finished.now in OAAQ it is still 2013.

And now is 2015, we have 6 monthes transactions in AA, Can we just re run AJAB to close the year 2014? Is there any impact to system function in AA or General legal?

Thank you very much and best regards.

Hi,

You need to post depreciation from Tcode AFAB and then close the year from Tcode AJAB else system will not allow to run AJAB.

Hi, Ramnik,

The 2014 AFAB has been finished all 12 monthes correctly,

currently we have depreciated 6 period in 2015 already.

Hello,

if AFAB is all right for previous year you can go through year closure.

Run AJAB for 2014 and AJRW for 2015. Check 2014 is assigned in OAAQ.

Hi Thang,

If you have executed AFAB for 2014 successfully, then you can go ahead and run AJAB.

Hi Tang,

First you run the AJAB in test run, then find out does the system is showing any asset details which are not completed run the depreciation for 2014. If yes, then run the AFAB in repeat mode for 12th period of 2014. Keep in mind that this will post the FI transactions in last fiscal year 2014. So you have to open the period for 2014. After done this, you can close the year 2014 in AA. After that you can carry out year end closing activity.

Hi, Mukthar,

If AJAB test run the system show no asset details not completed run for 2014.

So that we can start AJAB, Is it correct?

Hi,

Yes, start in production mode in back ground. After back ground job is finished, then check the fiscal year in OAAQ.
