In Appropriation request not able to assign Variant?

Hi,

Greeting for the day!

In SAP IM, I have created Appropriation request where I have created three Variants for Request type "Projects as Investment Measures".

In plan version tab page I am getting three version as i have defined in Customizing but here I am not able to assign Variants to Version.

Can anybody suggest me how can assign it?

Hi Paulo,

I am not getting any error message, I have to assign Variant to each version but only for version "0" I am able to assign for rest it is coming grayed out.

My scenario is I am creating Master Data for IM and I want assign Variant for each version.

Hi Varun,

You need to check your customizing for Authorization levels for plan versions and how the authorization levels are assigned to versions under Investment Management > Investment Programs > Planning in Program > Versions.

I have maintained customizing for Plan version.

But then also I am not able to assign variant to version 1 and 2.
