KF Description Changes - Transport Issues

Hello Experts,

Changes done for KF descriptions and transport removed in modifiable state.

changes done is showing still in the system. Have to collect the tp now.

found the route to collect the tp is in RSD1 --> Change Mode in the menu bar Extras --> Write Transport Request.

i would like to check the above said path is the only way to collect the tp again even though there is no changes done this time.

else is there any other way have to collect the TP. Can i have the clarity on this.

Transport is only for moving it to another system in the landscape say from Dev --> QA. If you have a made a change in Dev and then deleted the transport the changes are not reverted back. You still have to go back and revert the changes manually.
