Notification to Controller

Hi gurus,

When testing the Workflow SAP_GRAC_FIREFIGHT_LOG_REPORT.

The controller does not receive the item in his Work Inbox, however, in the transaction GRFNMW_DBGMONITOR_WD it says that the user has the item in the Work Inbox.

Indeed in the SWIA, it says no agents are found.

Any idea of how this contradiction can happen?
