Enterprise Services Builder doesn't find TR created with CHaRM

Hello Gurus,

I hope you could help me on this one.

We are using PI 7.4 and Solution Manager 7.1 SP12.

We have configured Charm, CTS+ and integrated CTS+ into Charm.

I can create a normal change and a TR with Charm without problem.

However, when I try to export from Enterprise Services Builder, the toold doesn't find the TR I created with Charm but it creates a new one...

When I go to the CTS Transport Organiser I see well the TR I created in Charm..

Do you have any idea what could be the issue here?

try to use WBO_GET_REQ_STRATEGY = TAGGED

and preselect the request in the CTS browser.

after this if you click on refresh button you get the transport request created by charm.
