Hello. Can I stop SLA (MPT) time calculating by MLC (Multi-leve categorization) ?
Processor set special Category of Incident. And SLA Time stop in any status of incident

You can stop the SLA configuration from SPRO settings - deactivate option will be there , no impact for status incidents
every status can work with-out MRT and IRT
