Hello Sir,
If i determine Mat "A" with Mat "B",and i create an order, for the line item 10 if i enter Mat "A" with order Qty 5 EA, then Mat "A" will become Mat "B" with order Qty 5 EA. after that for the line item 20, i enter Mat "B" with order Qty 5.then save the order.
and after few hours my friend has opened that order. He has seen the order like this.
item no 10 Mat "B" Order Qty 5 EA.
item no 20 Mat "B" Order Qty 5 EA.
How can he find which line item, which material is determined with Mat "B"?
How Can he find whether any material is determined or not?
What are the places he can see to get the solutions for the above questions?
can he get the details in that order?
Kindly Help Him.
Please Give Ur Valuble Answers.
Thank you sir.
Hi,
In sales order go to Environment -Analysis-Material determination. you can activate the analysis. After this at item level in sales A view you can see the orignal material as well as substituted material in a seprate field.
Reward points if helpful

This can be seen in sales order screen in enviourment ,analysis and then can turn on the material determination option and can switch on the analysis for seeing the subsituted material.
Thanks

goto item details: SALES A view.
There is a field named: material entered. This is the material entered before the substitution.
To better understand the substitution you can also use the log DURING ORDER ITEM CREATION: menupath: Environment->Analysis->material determination
pls. reward if helpful
