Functional & Equipment Template CT's are empty

Hi All,

We are running SAP work manager 6.2 and the client wants to create Functional Locations and Equipment from the Mobile devices, but for this to work we require data in the ctEquipmentTemplate & ctFunctionalLocationTemplate tables and currently there are no records in these tables.  Is there any specific config I need to do on my side to pull data into these tables?

Hi,

Look at data distribution set rules for  Functional location and Equipment at MDO objects level  in syclo/config. panel.  a) Either it could be b,cos of missing of user parameter value or b) wrong filters c) check if data exists for the filters you have set.

Best way to check this out is by executing BAPI wrapper  for Functional location and Equipment  on SAP side.  That should give you some clue as to where the things are going wrong.
