Business role upload

Hi All,

I am getting an error while trying to upload a business role with a composite role.

The associated composite and single role is available and visible in GRC.

I had updated the associated role and system in the file.

While uploading it is throwing an error "Child role XXXXXXX (composite role name) does not exist"

Kindly Advise.

Hello Somik,

Run synchronization job for roles in full sync mode then try to import again

make sure to use correct template from NWBC>Role Maintenance

Check the roles status

Role Maintainance>Open role>check under provisioning

Check below link for role import issue

I had tried the sync and the role status and provisioning is fine.
