Hi experts,

When using the upgrade wizard of SAPB1H 9.1 PL05, the upgrader can't see any database server type also I've got an error "no connection information found on your license server ". Also I already tried to restart the sapb1servertools in our HANA server. Please see image below:

Hi Bryan,

On the machine where the upgrade wizard is running you must install the HANA client.  The HANA client provides the communication protocols used to talk to the HANA DB.  You should also confirm that you can successfully ping the HANA DB from the Windows host and vice versa.

Bryan,

Have you done the dirty cheat and added update /windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts to contain the HANA server details?

Hi ,

What do you mean "added update /windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts "? Add the IP address of HANA server?

Hi Bryan,

If the issue persists we'll have to see what the logs show.
