how can I find "sales area" of BP in SAP GUI?

Hi, Gurus,

Usually, when I create a Business Partner with "sold- to party " role in the CRM,  the "SALES AREA" button will appear on the TAB, so we can enter some information about sales organization , distribution channel, division ,billing, shipping, etc..

but I used another CRM system today, I cannot find the "sales area" button there.

what happened to this CRM system, what am I supposed to do customizing so as to access the information about SALES AREA  in SAP GUI.

Hello Michael,

Please run T-code BUSD in CRM system. Then select the role CRM000 and click on BP roles-> Subheader ID. You should maintain the subheader "CRM001" which is "CRM: Sales Area Data".

Then check if the button "sales area" is activate.

Hello Michael,

You would need to run T-code SM30 for view V_TBZJ1 and check if the following entry exists:

If not, please insert it.

Also, you also need to check in view V_TBZJ1C for the following entry and ensure the subheader CRM001 is active:

Hope the button "sales area data" is visable now.
