Need a assistance to change URL in email notification

Experts,

There is a requirement to update link in the sourcing request approval email notification. I am going through Mail Message Template setting but I am not getting from where the variable (%Document_URL%) value is coming. Kindly advise.

Also let me know who is responsible to make this change functional team or technical team??

Hi,

Since its a custom template, it is getting triggered through scripting based on certain event. Check related scripts and then you can modify.

Also could you please tell like what do you mean by "requirement to update link in the sourcing request approval email notification"
