User authorization issue

Hi,

I was trying to create new query, in excel add-in, but each time I am getting the error message as mentioned below,

Could anyone please tell me what all authorizations are necessary for viewing the planning data?

Hi Saabitri,

Can you please check if your visibility filter has 'View all data' access and key figures are assigned to your role.
