excise tab not coming in purchase return migo (return delivery)

Hi,

We have upgraded my system from ECC 6 to ECC 6.7, till then we are facing one peculiar problem, when we are creating return delivery then creating J1IS, excise tab is not coming in migo screen.

Kindly suggest what to do.

Hi Rajeev,

While doing returns delivery you can either chose “Create excise entry" or "No excise entry" option. If "No excise entry" or “Only part1” option is used during MIGO > 122 then excise TAB will not be displayed in MIGO.

Hi Rajeev,

Please check in the config whether the movement type is assigned to respective registers(RG23A/RG23C) Node: SPRO->Tax on goods movement->India->Business transactions->Incoming excise invoices->Specify which Movement types involve excise invoices.

Also check in the respective excise group settings in MIGO settings part whether EI capture check box is ticked or not.

Also check the respective material is mainated in J1ID with relevant chapter ID/material type or not.

All the above are maintained still that tab is not coming means then check for any OSS from SAP.
