Excel addin error - Keyfigures not configured

Hi,

When i login to Excel addin, I get this below error.

This is first time i am connecting to excel addin.

Server message:

code: KEYFIGURES_NOT_CONFIGURED

severity: INFO

description: No key figures are available. Ask your system administrator to ensure that key figures are assigned to your user role.

log id: be1371fd-5bf3-468d-bd1e-d3bae4c4be49

Framework message:

The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.

My user has already  ' ALL_INCLUSIVE '   role & have admin rights as well.

Please suggest what could be issue here.

Hi,

I have activated Planning area again.

Visibility filter is set as view_all_data for my planning area.

but still i could not get into excel addin, I get the same error.

Hello Karthi

I think the issue could be with your Role setup.Can you make sure that Key figures are selected in the role assigned to the User?

Please add an "ALL" visibility filter and you should be able to view data.
