MSMP Workflow is not sending email for Firefighter Controller

The Workflow is triggered however, the error message is "No agent found". However, the Firefighter ID is assigned to a Controller, however it seems the system does not recognize it.

Any idea of what can be happening?

Hello John,

Some sap notes relevant to firefighter controller

1836800 - Email not sent to firefighter controllers

1900912 - Controllers are not receiving e-mails

1966754 - EAM Log review workflow not shown in Controller work inbox

1832947 - Email notifications are not sent to the controllers

1781058 - The system does not send notification to the controller

Thanks Baithi,

The problem is that no item arrives to the Controller Work Inbox. All these notes have not solved the issue.

Any other idea?

Hi John,

-Is this workflow of FF assignment or Review request. Provide the agent id configured in the stage. 

-Is the Owner or Controller, defined in Access Control Owner and then assigned to the FF(through links Owners and Controllers, under Access Management work center) 

- Is your parameter 4007 set as Yes, and Notification set as 'Workflow', for controller. if yes, then provide the Notification settings, for the Controller stage. you need to provide a template and event as 'NEW_WORK_ITEM'(i do not remember the exact name)
