By accident too many hours of a resource were issued to a production order, causing an unjust spike in WIP and incorrect production order costing reports.
For normal stock items I could probably fix this by:
- Adding negative quantity of stock item to production order so that the resulting byproduct would offset the too many issued items of the same itemcode.
However, resources may not be entered with a negative amount in production order lines. - Issueing a disassembly order
However, only items may be added to a disassembly order, resources may not.
Is there any way in SAP to correct this issue?
(Other than creating an offsetting manual journal entry. That would only fix it for financial reporting, the subadministration production costing reports would still show the wrong values.)
