issue in risk types GRC Risk Management

Hi,

trying to activate risk types(corporate and operational) in SPRO,but check mark is not enabled to activate.

followed path:GRC>Risk Management>master data setup>activate risk and opportunity types

some lights on my issue,thanks a lot in advance.
