GRC10 PC:Work inbox error for adhoc issue

hello experts,

We have scheduled job for continuous monitoring and when the processor is trying to open and click on VOID with comments it is throwing error

500 SAP Internal server error

Error:The assert condition was violated.(termination:RABAX_STATE)

can anyone provide some inputs on this issue.

Hello Admin,

Adhoc issue error may occurs because of missing configuration in SPRO

First check table GRFNRELROLES if any role maintained for entity G_AI

if not please maintain in SPRO

SPRO->Governance, Risk and Compliance-> General Settings -> Authorizations -> Maintain Entity Role Assignment

check the below document error number 3

if every thing is maintained,as asked by Katrice Hawkins

provide ST22 dump
