PREP_INPUT/SCANDIR_COLLECT for SUM

Hi All

I executing the DMO of SUM.

But problem occured. please let me know the solution ASAP.

Pleaset check the below.

Hi Toshiki,

According to the error message, no DB-independent patch archives were found and SUM ended with error.

It seems you included '720' patch level 402 in stack file, but only DB-independent package was in the download directory. DB-dependent package was missing.

Please download the required package and put it in the download directory, then retry the step in SUM.

Now, I have downloded the all files to "K:\Media".

I knew the download directory to be a directory stack file is stored.

Hi Toshiki,

You are correct, download directory is where the XML stack file is located.

You need to put all the downloaded packages to that folder.
