Hi All,
has anyone used GRC10 BRF+ Agent Rule or GRC10 BRF+ Notification Variable Rule?
What are the scenarios when we can use this?

I know the submission and closure notifications are global whereas others are event based.
My requirement is for Rejected request only user should not get the GRC request closure email

We can use agent rule in various scenarios,in SCN we have lot of threads on different cases
