Background jobs on hold and DBA Cockpit not opening

Hi Mates,

I am facing a sevior issue in our PRD System after updating our SAP_BASIS component from 74002 to 74003 and applying sap note for DBACOCKPIT:1882376.

Every night our background jobs are not running and are on hold.

While i check in the morning all the backgroung work process will be on hold and i manually kill all the processes and our background work processes are cancelled.

and i am getting the below details in SM04 which i am not able to understand:

Again my dbacockpit also is not opening and this is only happening in our PRD system and not in DEV and QAS system.

If i press Database MIP it is not opening and after some time i get error 500 and my user id shows following details:

Is there any problem with rfc connection.Please do inform me and if anyone can help??

Do the work process traces show any connection issues to the DB? Do the same jobs run without error during the day (have you tried running them manually)?

Do you have ACL's setup on your message server in prod?
