Address change in ADRC table

Hi Experts,

User is trying to change the address in Purchase order 4520xxxxxx using ME22N the Header of the STO

SLOC 0003 address has changed in the ADRC table.  Why is the address in table ADRC changing
when an update is made to the STO header level address?

Can you please suggest on how to restict the change of address in ADRC table if the
address is changed at Purchase Order Header

Hi,

   If you change address in PO header manually, a new address number will be generated which will be updated in EKKO-ADRNR field and the same will be available in ADRC table. But it wont update any address data automatically in standard.

   If the address change in PO update the master data, refer the note:  821981 - Change in Vendor Address in PO updates Vendor Master address

   If the note is not relevant to your release / issue is not resolved, revert back with your SAP release with EHP.

STO Address is copied from Supplying plant -- Check T001W-ADRNR... If you have created your plant as Vendor than check what is address maintained in vendor master.

Now if you change the address in STO Header, means new address is generated which will saved in PO header in ADRC table., System will not change data that you have in T001W for plant or Plant created as Vendor

Have you configured your STOs up to SLOC level ? if Yes then let everyone know so that we can explain more precise..
