NWDW SR2 installation

Hi all,

I'm trying to install NetWeaver Developer Workplace SR2 on my PC.

I've downloaded these 4 CD:

- 51032258_1 NW 2004s SR2 Developer Workplace 1 of 4

- 51032258_2 NW 2004s SR2 Developer Workplace 2 of 4

- 51032258_3 NW 2004s SR2 Developer Workplace 3 of 4

- 51032258_4 NW 2004s SR2 Developer Workplace 4 of 4

but now installation ask me the following:

RDBMS MaxDB...

Where can I find it???

Hi Stefano,

If you dont have an installation copy of Max DB, you can download from SDN.

Goto Downloads section and under Technologies, you will find it.

Hi Shiva,

I don't think this will work 'cause installation ask me for a specific CD for MaxDB and not for an existing installation of MaxDB...so I need exactly that CD.

Any other ideas???

-> Are you SAP customer?

If you are SAP customer please review SAP Note No. 1001555. SAP customers could download the CD from our Software-Distribution-Center ( service.sap.com/swdc ), for example:

DVD 51032296 MAXDB RDBMS MAXDB 7.6.00 Build 35

Check the release information for OS in the PAM (Product Availability Matrix) at service.sap.com/pam before the installation.

Hello

I am also trying to install Developer Workplace and its asking for the RDBMS package when I goto he path told by you in the OSS it has 3 three files there ,which one should I use?

Any help would be highly appreciated.
