Email is not getting coming to user if extension like@acv.com is add in the HMPT .

HI All,

Email is getting trigger but went to queued message and showing Awaiting Retry.

Even if domain is added in HMPT servier for the user mail id extension this probelms occers.

Please suggest.

What exactly is the error in the sourcing application log? or in the SMTP server log?  This is most likely an SMTP setting issue.

Hi Boutin,

Thank you so much for your reply.

Under SAP sourcing Log I did not find any error related to Mail trigget.

So,I thibk it is a SMTP setting error.

Actually my SAP sourcign system is ON host so could you please suggest what I need to do.

Still all the mails are in Queued messages with the sattus Awaiting retry.

Please kindly suggest.

That being the case, this can only be looked at by submitting a support ticket.

Support took a quick look at your system.  The email configuration is explicitly set to allow only certain email domains.  This is how it was setup.  This would need to be changed by you.
