SNP Planned order not considering GR processing time

Dear Experts,

We are running heuristic planning, which is generating planned order. The problem is these planned order are not considering GR time maintained in Location - Product master.

For Example:

GR time maintained for SKU L @ Location P = 2.

Planned order created by SNP heuristic run shows same availability, start and end date.

we have already did the required changes in SNP global customizing. If any more customizing is necessary.

Hi,

Hope you're running SNP

Presume you've activated the SNP GR processing time for consideration in Global settings of SNP.

Check whether you've a Handling Resource defined in the receiving location and the Resource have been assigned to a factory calendar.

Handling resource should be mixed resources with infinite capacity planning.

OR

Check whether the receiving location has the receiving calendar maintained or not.

Just my thoughts... Try making the changes and share the result.

Hi,

Please check the below setting-

1) You have a valid PPM/PDS maintained in the system.

2) In  SPRO under SNP basic settings-> Maintain SNP global settings-> GR for planned order fields

->select processing time

3) Valid handling resource is maintained at the location.
