While testing the Integrated Configuration message in 3 steps.

Step 1:
  • Select Configuration and Monitoring Home from PI home page or go through URL http://host:port/PIMON
    • You need to log in to this page.
Step 2:
  • Select Testing tab from above page and click Send Test Message

Step 3:
  • Select the following:
    • Integrated Configuration or Sender Aggrement
    • Quality of Service
    • Insert the payload

I followed the above steps but getting the following error.

Hi Naved,

Try to do a dummy change in your message mapping MM_Update_, like to change the description and activate.

Try to do a CPA cache refresh.

Regards.

best way is to compare the message Id's as mentioned by Mark else please create new mapping and new ICO. Issue is not related to any roles.

Thanks

Hi Naveed,

This is a guid of your message mapping 099045b0-2da2-11e5-8e84-c372ac10c8d8. Check if it matches the one in ESR by opening your message mapping and then displaying its properties (via Message Mapping -> Properties). If it does not match, update your operation mapping and then also update it in the ICO).

Regards,

Mark

Hi Naveed,

Make sure, you have selected the quality of Service as per your communication channel. If it is

synchronous scenario - Best effort

Asynchronous scenario - Exactly once.

Hi Naveed,

The error seems to be in the cache, the object seems to be missed.

Check with your basis team if your PI is affected by this note 1337902 - Missing object after PI cache refresh for existing ESR obj.(PI 7,1 or PI 7.11).

Also, you can copy the mapping to another mapping as MM_Update_2, delete the first one and to copy again to MM_Update_. Later you delete the second version.

Regards.
