Issue MA import by Data Import Monitor

Hello Experts,

We are trying to create MA in CLM via Data import Monitor, when the job runs it took the document but the process never ends, when I go to the import data log the status of the document is running but is running forever, we restart CLM but the process didn't end, we made the import manually direct in CLM and we are not having any issue.

Any suggestion?

Hi Martha,

As per my understanding, there might be a difference of encoding so file is getting failed via Data Import Monitor but importing  successfully manually.

Please check the Encoding on the server that is generating the file, the encoding must be same as that of Sourcing server. In the past we have also faced the same issue and was resolved once the encoding of source System was changed to that of Sourcing.
