We have an issue where documents are not displayed for some users in Related Charm documents section. This section is populated with Charm document number if dependent document numbers option is chosen. I have checked with security and they said it is not something related to Authorizations.
Can you please provide your suggestions or anyone has seen this issue before?

So user X sees it and user Y doesn't see it, in the same change document?
Do they have the same set of roles and the same CRM Business Role?
It sounds like it's security or CRM Business Role related. Tracing this kind of issue can sometimes be tricky because it might not show up as an error or something that is missing while in fact something is missing.
