Interaction record categorization is blank

Hi Experts,

I am facing an issue in Interaction Record configuration.

Interaction record, we are using multi level categorization , I have done the below configuration but Categorization page is showing blank.

1. I have taken the Catalog as A1

2. Created Code Group, Code Group Profile and Codes

3.Created Subject Profile

4.Assign subject profile to Transaction Type 0010.

5.Created a schema and the status is active.

Still the Interaction record ,Categorization is blank page.

Please could you help me to fix this.?

Hi Madhu,

I think you may have not done following customzing. Please follow and retest the
behavior.

1.run t-code: crmc_ui_profle and find your business transaction profile in
business function profile IC_BT of the business role you are using.

2.go following customzing then set checkbox "categories" as checked
for the entries of your relevant business transaction profile which you found in step1 and
the relevant interaction record.

spro->Customer Relationship Management->Interaction Center WebClient->
Business Transaction->Define Business Transaction Profiles

3. restart IC WebUI and restest with the business role.

Hello Madhu,

In IC Manager role, search schema with 'application ID' = 'Business activity', Status = 'Active', do you get any result? Is your expected schema returned?

If not, pls assign 'business activity'/'subject profile' and set value also in 'application areas'.
